Sarah Rafferty

Sarah got the acting bug when she was in the Prep school. When her drama teacher caught her running across his lawn to try not to arrive late for the field hockey game, he advised that she should not attend practice but join the cast of Richard III and thus began her passion for acting. Sarah discovered her love for acting seriously and chose to major in English and theater at Hamilton College. The college also studied abroad at Oxford as well as London in her senior year and graduated with a magnacum and a laude. Following Hamilton, she went to Yale Drama School. Sarah's parents supported their daughter's desire to learn more about the world of art. As her mom worked as English Department Chairwoman at the Convent of the Sacred Heart Greenwich CT, and her dad was a talented artist They both encouraged their daughter's passion. Both her talent and her training have paid off. Her appearances have also been on numerous TV programs, such as Law and Order Six Feet Under Brothers & Sisters Samantha Who? Without A Trace CSI Miami Bones and films with a feature like Four Single Fathers, Falling For Grace. The actress has also been seen in numerous stage productions, including Gemini and As You Like It. Alongside her acting roles on television Sarah acts as an advocate to her organization, the Alzheimer's Association and consistently speaks about Alzheimer's disease. Sarah was the host of the annual Sardi's event for three consecutive years, and also spoke at the last Sardi's event held by this group in March. Sarah is currently on the east and west coasts with her wife and two children and travels back and forth to Toronto to job.
